Combination Bouquet

A special 18" mylar balloon floats on top of 9 of the 11" latex balloons, 3 of which have balloons inside balloons called double bubbles. This bouquet floats 7 feet high and is anchored to a balloon weight, with loads of curled ribbon and your personalized card attached.
